About Our Pest Control Service
Pest problems in the Portland Metro area rarely have one cause. Our climate stays mild and damp most of the year, which means ants, spiders, and rodents look for shelter indoors long before winter. A single treatment rarely solves the underlying issue.
Residential Pest Identification and Treatment
Our residential pest control approach starts with a full walk-through of your home and yard. We look for entry points, moisture sources, and structural gaps that make your property attractive to pests. Then we build a treatment plan around what we actually find.
We use targeted products at labeled doses. We tell you what we're using and why. And we come back if it's not working.
Here’s what you can look forward to when you choose our pest control service:
- 1
Free inspection
We walk your property inside and out, identify pest species, find entry points, and note the conditions that are attracting them.
- 2
Custom treatment plan
We build the plan around what we found. No cookie-cutter service. We tell you what products we'll use and why.
- 3
First treatment
Same day or next day whenever possible. Targeted application at labeled doses. Safe for pets and kids once dry.
- 4
Follow-up check
We come back to verify the treatment worked. If it didn't, we treat again at no charge.
- 5
Ongoing prevention (optional)
Quarterly SeasonWise service to stay ahead of seasonal pressure. No contract required. Cancel anytime.
